Constitutionally, can the President of the US make an executive decision if Congress fails to pass legislation?

I'm just wondering if there can be a way to resolve issue that is vitally important to the nation without having to go through Congress especially if it can't or won't agree.Constitutionally, can the President of the US make an executive decision if Congress fails to pass legislation?Nope. The president can only spend the monies he is authorized by Congress. And usually only on the projects they authorize it for.Constitutionally, can the President of the US make an executive decision if Congress fails to pass legislation?Only if the decision is not a law. The President can make executive decisions whenever he wants. However, only Congress can pass legislation.Constitutionally, can the President of the US make an executive decision if Congress fails to pass legislation? You might think the president has ultimate power but he or she does not without the action of congress. Also this action of vital importance is not all that important with all the wasteful spending included with the bill. Hence the checks and balances, If the bill were to pass in its current state, it would be very dangerous for the nation. A majority of the things being hashed out are things that should not be in any kind of stimulus bill, as they will cost the country more than it will ever be able to pay back. The nation does not have unlimited funding and they cannot merely print more money to support the massive programs in the bill. Do you really want $12 bread and $15 gas? Printing more money devalues the current monies to the point it becomes worthless. Our other way of obtaining funding is through incurring more debt with foreign nations like China. Would you rather have either of these situations or a bill that actually has a chance of making a true difference.Constitutionally, can the President of the US make an executive decision if Congress fails to pass legislation?
Nope...but Obama thinks he can. He is, after all, the Messiah. How can you possibly question his decisions and still make it into Heaven?
