Jetfire dies, Sideswipe dies too I think, but other than that I'm not sure anyone else dies. We saw her pink and purple forms get hit, but the blue one didn't. I'm not sure if she's alive or not. Jetfire died, but it was for a good cause.

As for the Decepticons, most of them die. Starscream and Megatron survive, and I think that's it, but I can't be sure. There were so many of them.
