The effects were probably created by a very powerful program that is not available to the general public.What program was used to make the transformation effects in Transformers ?I believe the program at least the previz animators use is called Maya, an Autodesk program. A quick google search can find you some trial downloads, at least.



The Transformers 07 movie was apparently made with Autodesk programs.
