The majority of legislation is passed and made by congress so why blame Presidents?

Why not blame your representatives and senators? Because its easier to lay blame on one man?The majority of legislation is passed and made by congress so why blame Presidents?Because in a lot of cases the legislation was written because the President wanted it. The President also had to sign the legislation in order for it to go in affect. He could just as easily veto it!

I also blame the representative and senators! The majority of legislation is passed and made by congress so why blame Presidents? When the President has a majority in both houses it is easy to blame him as he has absolute power. When the Congress is not his party's majority, then no one should blame him as the passage of laws need to be bi-partisan to be adopted...The majority of legislation is passed and made by congress so why blame Presidents? This is only the case when there is a president from the Democratic Party. When a Republican is in office it is the fault of the last Democrat to have held the office.
