Hell yeah, I don't think people had high expectations for the first one. When they saw it, I think they were amazed as to how good they made a cartoon into a movie so damn good. Micheal Bay knows this. That is why they are upping the ante, and bringing in bigger and better robots. I think that it will be my fav movie of this year.
in terms of summer hits, it will be the biggest one of the season. last summer it was the dark knight. this summer it will be transformers. i think it will be very popular and hopefully up to par with the 1st one.
