How do transformers transform?

I've always been curious about this, personally. Do they ever offer an in-universe explanation for how they can turn into other objects?How do transformers transform?They fold their limbs and tuck in their heads and appendages to form an alternate mode (device, vehicle, air craft) to either adapt to new surroundings, disguise themselves, or for combat. No further explanation is ever given as to how they do it. They're robotic beings who can do it from creation (comic) or learn how to (cartoon) and it's what their race is known forHow do transformers transform?
I dont think they mentions/explained how they transformed besides stating that "their technology is far greater than the humans."



We know that their technology is far greater than what we have now on Earth.

Their resources are also far greater than what humans have on earth too.



And you know that their life force is from the blue orb/stone thingy.

In fact, if you remember from the anime/movies (if you only watch the movies), the REAL identity of a Transformer is in fact in a shape of a HUMAN ROBOT... that human robot scans and object and uses the scanned information to produce what they call a copy of the thing they scanned, and "magically" as one puts it "transform."How do transformers transform?By transforming.How do transformers transform?
