Why is Transformers 2 so hated by film critics?

I haven't seen it, though. I want to but I wonder why so many critics panned the movie. If you've seen it, what did you think about it?Why is Transformers 2 so hated by film critics?It contains a ridiculous plot. It has two of the worst actors in the history of the world, if not the universe (Shia LaDouche and Megan Fox). Its just alot of explosions(maybe a little too many), and its all about showing off megan fox's body. Film critics are usually all about the great acting in films and the overall picture as well... the acting in a film really influences the critics. Just alot of pointless scenes.

Interviews I have read have found it all to be too many big bangs, but lacking in depth.
